  Very strange experience, entered the shop at five to five and was ignored by two members of staff for a couple of minutes. The older of the two chaps behind the counter then asks if I'm being served, when I tell him I'm not he then rudely tells me I have to hurry up as he's shutting at five. He didn't seem to see the issue with the fact I'd been ignored since I entered nor the irony in the fact that I'd have been out of the shop a lot faster if I hadn't been ignored. Luckily all I wanted was a couple of cheap bolts and not a significant order as I would have taken it elsewhere.

  Very helpful gem of a shop, whatever you want, they just seem to have it! Knowledgeable staff who know their products. These guys helped me source welding equipment and whenever you need a bolt or fastener they manage to find one, no job too small.
